Ondine Cloez (FR): L’art de conserver la santé
L’art de conserver la santé is an artistic study on the book: Regimen Sanitation Salernitanum or the art of preserving health. This anonymous collection from the 13th century is a series of tips and recommendations for keeping your health; either by using the things that fortify it, or by avoiding those that alter it.
"Our interpretation of L’art de conserver la santé is a sung, spoken and danced trio. Going in search of lost gestures from the past with our bodies today, we question the relationship we have with the past, with what we think has disappeared. What footprints do we keep from this era? And most importantly, what have we forgotten?"
