Lea Moro & Mona De Weerdt (CH): All Our Eyes Believe (working title)
All Our Eyes Believe is Lea Moro’s first dance production for a young audience. In an whimsical space inspired by nature and ecology, audience members large and small are invited to explore a range of sensory, aesthetic, physical, tactile, and olfactory experiences. And sometimes – as the title would suggest – audience members won’t be able to believe their eyes! However, an aesthetic activation of the senses is not the only goal: the piece proposes a holistic approach towards our environment, transposing important questions about sustainability and ecology into accessible imagery and scenic, performative, and choreographic processes.
